PRE-ORDERED goods will be shipped as per the timeline in the product(s) description. If pre-ordered and in-stock items are ordered together, all items will be shipped together in the same order.

Postage is weight dependant.
Orders are typically processed within 1 - 2 working days, Monday - Friday. During typically busy periods, such as Christmas, Black Friday this may change at short notice.
If your parcel is returned back to us by the postal services for reasons such as incorrect address, refused by the customer etc. we will issue a refund less postage. If you wish for your parcel to be sent out to you again, you will incur additional shipping charges.
Why is your international delivery so expensive?
International shipping costs have drastically increased post Covid and Brexit. The rates we have been given by the postal services are out of our control. Heavy orders over 2kg will be posted with a courier (either DHL or DPD), all orders under 2kg are primarily posted using Royal Mail services.
How do I track my parcel?
Once your order is processed you can track it's journey via the tracking ID provided in your dispatch email. Please check your spam/junk inbox if you can't see the dispatch email.
Can I get extra information about when my order will arrive?
We do not have a direct contact with postal services, therefore please use the tracking ID provided as we won't be able to provide any additional information regarding when your order will be delivered.
How long does international delivery usually take?
International orders to Europe are around 10 working days, rest of the world 15 working days.The deliveries may take longer during busy postal periods such as, Black Friday, Christmas etc. due to postal services being busy and additional checks required post Brexit.
If Customs keep your order for longer than advertised, your order may arrive later than advertised, but this is out of our control. Orders may require signature on arrival. If you are not present your order may be left in a safe place or returned to a local depot for collection.
I missed my parcel/was not at home, what are the next steps?

IMPORTANT • Customs & Imports
The price of the items in your order does not include custom taxes and import duties; the costs of these charges vary for each country. You will be responsible for these costs incurred for custom charges when you receive your order. If you do not accept your parcel, your items will be returned back to us. You will be liable for any additional returns and customs charges in relation to your return, the costs of these charges will be deducted from the refunds which are owed to you.
