All orders are loving packed in house and shipped from our studio in Mayfield. East Sussex.

When goods are in stock, orders are typically processed within 1 - 2 working days, Monday - Friday 9am-5pm. During the typically busy periods, such as Christmas, Black Friday this may change at short notice.
Personalised items require 2 - 3 working days to complete before dispatch.
All of our delivery prices include both postage and packaging. For orders with multiple different items, the larger item will determine the postage cost.
If your parcel is returned back to us by the postal services for reasons such as incorrect address, refused by the customer etc., we will issue a refund less postage. If you wish for your parcel to be sent out to you again, you will incur additional shipping charges.

If the item is faulty, we'll cover your postage costs by a way of a refund. For 'change of mind' you are liable to pay the return shipping fee.
