CLOSING DOWN RETURNS INFORMATION
Due to the physical side of our business closing on the 6th July 2023, to be eligible for a refund please ensure goods are received back by us no later than 21st July 2023. The warehouse will be closed after this date, not accepting any post.
Changed your mind or something is not quite right? If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return your order within 14 days of receiving your items.
Do note you are liable to pay return shipping fee unless an item is faulty, then shipping costs will be refunded along with the order total. We advise to send the returns back via tracked delivery as until the item reaches us it is under your responsibility. We will issue a refund within 14 days from the day we receive your return and you will receive a system generated email to confirm this.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging along with the receipt and this printed RETURNS FORM in order to be approved for a refund/exchange. More information is available in the Returns Form.
Can I return a personalised item?
Personalised items are exempt and are not covered by the returns policy unless faulty.
Can I return a digital item?
Digital goods are exempt and are not covered by the returns policy. Digital goods are non-refundable as per T&Cs on relevant product page.
We do not offer the option of exchange. If you have bought the wrong item or wish to change it to something else, please refer to our Returns T&Cs. You can return any non-personliased and unused item in the same condition within 14 days of receipt for a refund and reorder at your convenience.
