We hope you enjoy all our products, but in an event you have to, you can return a product for up to 14 days from the date you purchased it, as long as it is unused and is in it's original packaging. 

If the item is faulty, we'll cover your postage costs by a way of a refund. For 'change of mind' you are liable to pay the return shipping fee.

Please complete this returns form, print it out and add it to your parcel, so we can identify you when it reaches us and to ensure there are no delays when we are processing your refund.

Can I return a digital item?

Due to the nature of a digital product, they are not refundable. 

Exchanges 

We do not offer the option of exchange. If you have bought the wrong item or wish to change it to something else, please refer to our Returns T&Cs. You can return any unused item in the same condition within 14 days of receipt for a refund and reorder at your convenience.
