Orders are typically processed within 1 - 2 working days, Monday - Friday 9am-5pm. During the typically busy periods, such as Christmas, Black Friday this may change at short notice.

All of our delivery prices include both postage and packaging. For orders with multiple different items, the larger item will determine the postage cost.

If your parcel is returned back to us by the postal services for reasons such as incorrect address, refused by the customer etc. we will issue a refund less postage. If you wish for your parcel to be sent out to you again, you will incur additional shipping charges. 

Digital goods will be sent directly to your inbox with information how to access the digital files. No physical product will be shipped.

We primarily use Royal Mail as our postage supplier and their international pricing is weight dependant.

International orders to Europe are around 10 working days, rest of the world 15 working days. This does vary country by country. Please note if Customs keep your order for longer than advertised, your order may arrive later than advertised, but this is out of our control.

Customers in Europe may now have to pay additional local charges to receive goods following the UK’s exit from the European Union on 1st January 2021. Please check with your local customs authorities. Fees due would need to be paid by the recipient to receive their goods and we’re afraid we cannot be held responsible for any local charges once the package has been shipped.

Due to new tariffs coming into effect as of 29.08.25 (removal of$800 de minimis threshold), our prices have increased by 10% to cover the new tarrifs. This will paid on your behalf before goods are shipped. Please be aware,you still may be liable for local customs fees, which we are not able to advise on.
