Daily Emotional Wellbeing Check-In | A5 Planner Inserts
A set of daily undated wellbeing check-in journaling inserts to aid with stress, SAD, PMDD, anxiety, and/or depression.
These inserts aim to help you to get your feelings and thoughts out on paper, and also act as a reminder and encourage you to complete daily basics (more on that below). And most importantly, to keep a record of your emotions, where you can revert back in time, identify triggers, and work towards healing.
How to use:
Every day rate your stress, energy, anxiety levels, as well as your mood on a scale of low to high. (Particularly helpful if you need to share such records with your GP.)
Note down where you are in your menstrual cycle, as this can also have a significant impact on the above, especially if you suffer with PMDD, or PMS.
Tick off which daily basics you've completed, such as food / fresh air / meds / sleep / hydration / movement etc.
You will also find sections for journaling, identifying your triggers, and a push to find three good things on any given day.
