A set of daily mental health check-in journaling A5 planner inserts to help with anxiety and depression.

Each day is split into sections for an overall check in, plus sections to journal your feelings, emotions, find three goods in every day, and space for your to simply write out how you feel and progressing in your self care and healing journey.

Each set arrives hole punched to fit ella iconic® and other standard 6-ring ring binders. Printed on thick 120gsm paper to avoid bleeding and are made in the UK.
